Job Description


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists the development of bank wide employee career & competency development plans;
  • Participates in collecting data for populating talent databases incorporating performance, assessment, demographic, education, experience, and career interests.
  • Participates in evaluation of the progress of career and succession management programs and outcomes.
  • Collects and organizes data which will be used for different purposes related to career and succession management.
  • Assists in selecting raters for successors, following-up raters to conduct 360 degree rating, scheduling for successors to get feedback, and making close follow up to develop their PDP.
  • Participate in evaluation and analysis of the progress of career and succession management programs and outcomes.
  • Perform other related duties given by the supervisor.

Job Requirement

  Education:      BA Degree in Human Resources Management, Management or other related fields.

  Experience:          Minimum of 2 years cognate Banking experience
