Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Workshop Manager with a strong mechanical engineering background and extensive expertise in welding, cutting, and workshop operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and a proven track record of over 20 years in the field, including 15 years of hands-on experience in welding and cutting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise workshop activities, including equipment maintenance and repair tasks.
• Lead a team of skilled workers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor and manage the workshop’s inventory, tools, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to support production and project timelines.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on workshop performance.
