• Performs all workshop administrative and technical routines.
• Provides all necessary assistance in the implementation of workshop administrative and technical matters.
• Helps in the preparation and compilation of technical data and periodic workshop activity reports.
• Assists and controls technicians for clock in and clock out activities.
• Drafts memorandum and correspondence as required.
• Provides relevant and appropriate information in response to routine inquiries from pertinent offices as per established procedures.
• Follows up on pending matters and informs Immediate Supervisor on current status;
• Ensuring that health and safety standards are upheld and enforcing protocols and conducting regular safety inspections.
• Performs other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

Skills

Technical Skills:

• Understanding of vehicle components and repair procedures.

Soft Skills:

• Effective communication, teamwork and problem-solving

Experience

• 4+ years in workshop controller position.
• Previous experience working in dealerships with world-class brands is an advantage.
