Job Summary

To oversee the wellness & Spa center manager with a primary focus on sales, management, customer care, and merchandising of supplements. Additionally, responsible for leading the efficient and effective wellness and Spa operations including short and long-term strategic planning. He/she should be able to develop and implement wellness and SPA operational goals, policies, procedures, and service excellency strategies. To meet goals for sales, margin, and customer service. As the head of the wellness and spa, he/she would play a very important role in the day-to-day operations of the wellness and Spa division. In addition, he/she should strive to maintain and motivate the entire SPA team, and able to create a culture of care and service excellence among employees. Moreover, oversees delegates and educates on Seasons’ policy requirements and insures compliance with all regulatory authority legislative standards.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality/ Hotel Management.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Wellness and Spa Manager in a luxury propertyor a well-established SPA brand.
• Passionate about the Spa and Fitness world.
• Demonstrated strong leadership, team, and communication skills are essential.
• Strong working knowledge of Spa, membership, and recreational software
