Basic Salary: 7,000.00 – 10,000.00 (Based on previous experience)

Branch Office: Addis Ketema

Responsibilities

• Provide both theoretical & practical training, through extensive practical training, with a strong emphasis on hands-on exercises to develop the students welding & metal working skill
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, demonstrations, and hands-on projects
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to support their skill development
• Maintain the welding and metalworking workshop, ensuring safety and proper use of equipment
• Collaborate with other TVET instructors and administrators to improve the program
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in welding and metal fabrication

Job Requirement

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in welding, metal fabrication, or a related technical field
• 2-3 years of experience working as a welding or metal work trainer in TVET Center, with strong technical skills
• Knowledge of welding techniques, metal properties, and workshop safety protocols
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities, also willingness to continue professional development
