Its two brands, SUPPOW and AZZY, are well appreciated by local consumers, taking over a 25% market share soon after launching. The company also serves as a service center of STPP Group to its customers in Pan-Africa region.

Job Overview:

1. Responsible for the daily operation and management of the warehouse, to ensure that the materials and goods in the warehouse are arranged in an orderly manner.
2.  Develop and implement reasonable storage layout to improve space utilization rate and operational efficiency.
3.  Handle the breakage of goods during loading, unloading and transportation and provide solutions to optimize logistics operation.
4.  Transferring and storing products from various workshops in a timely manner, requiring items to be stored in an orderly manner with a strong countable inventory.
5.  Ensure safety and hygiene standards within the warehouse are adhered to and enforced.
6.  Train and educate staff to ensure that the team understands and complies with the relevant factory management systems and regulations, resolves problems and conflicts in the workplace, and ensures high performance and morale of the team

Job Requirement

• Gender: male, good physical health, Integrity and loyalty to the company, good management of people and strong communication skills
• College degree or above, excellent at English, Amharic and Oromifa, including listening, speaking and writing, be able to accurately translate one to another
