Job Summary

The role of the Customer Service Officer is to plan, organize, coordinate, control and supervise saving mobilization and credit activities and agent development & management towards the achievement of the objectives of the Organization

Job Requirement

Required Qualification: BA or Diploma in any business or Agriculture fields and trained in customer service, credit& default management, saving mobilization

Work Experience and skills: Minimum of one  year on similar position for Diploma or zero experience for BA Degree

Salary scale: based on the company competitive scale.

Work place:  Addis Ababa
