Summary of the job:

Taking orders and serving food to customers at tables in dining/bar areas, guest rooms and co-working/business areas. Checks with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals/drinks and takes action to correct any problems. Communicates with customers to resolve complaints or ensure satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Qualification Requirement: High school Diploma. Training in Food and Beverage services/supervision preferred.

Experience Requirement: 2+ years’ experience in waiting at hotels, restaurants or bars.
