About the position

We are in search of a motivated and detail-oriented Volunteer to support our Human Resources and Office Administration team. This individual will play a key role in enhancing our suite of candidate and employer services and solutions, as well as managing our customer relationship efforts. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills in English, exhibit a high degree of confidentiality, and demonstrate the capability to juggle various tasks effectively.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications and skills

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Law, Marketing, or related field.
Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices.
Exceptional client management skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Roles and responsibilities

This volunteer will be instrumental in delivering comprehensive support across various pivotal areas, including:

1. Interview Preparation:

  • · Provide candidates with guidance and resources for effective interview preparation.
  • · Conduct mock interviews to enhance candidates’ confidence and performance.

2. CV Writing and Profile Development:

  • · Assist candidates in creating professional CVs that highlight their skills, experiences, and achievements.
  • · Offer advice and support in developing compelling online professional profiles.

3. Technical Assistance in Job Application Services:

  • · Guide candidates through the application process, ensuring they understand how to apply for jobs effectively.
  • · Offer technical support for online application systems and platforms.

4. Headhunting Expertise:

  • · Utilize recruitment strategies to identify and approach potential candidates for employer clients.
  • · Engage with passive candidates and build a talent pipeline for various roles.

5. Branding of Employer Profiles:

  • · Work with employer clients to develop and enhance their employer brand.
  • · Create engaging content and strategies to showcase employer clients as desirable places to work.

6. Customer Relationship Management:

  • · Maintain and strengthen relationships with both candidates and employer clients.
  • · Ensure high levels of satisfaction through regular communication and feedback collection.

7. Continuous Learning and Improvement:

  • · Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in HR, recruitment, and customer relationship management.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the field.

Reports to : Director, Department of Human Resources Services and Solutions

Duration of employment : 3 months with a possibility of promotion to fulltime.

Salary : Based on Alephtav’s Volunteer Management Policy with commission
