Job Summary

The job holder is responsible for providing leadership for effective human resources, finance and treasury, and facilities services for the Bank. S/he will provide oversight for delivering the entire spectrum of human resource strategies and services including the acquisition, development and retention of staff to meet the Bank’s objectives. The job holder will provide oversight for prudent financial, treasury and fund management; procurement and warehousing; property administration; construction project management; general and technical services.

Job Requirement

Master’s Degree in Economics or Management or Accounting or other business-related fields or B.A Degree in Economics or Management or Accounting or other business-related fields with 10/12 years of banking experience respectively of which 4 years in a senior management role
