Basic Functions: The USAID Project Management Specialist (Deputy Operations Team Leader) will assist in administering the full scope of a complex, multi-sectoral Health Development program. These programs provide assistance to Ethiopia in improving health services in many areas, including malaria, HIV/AIDS, TB, and maternal health.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Qualifications required:

• a minimum of five years’ of progressively responsible experience in administering the full scope of a complex public health program in a developing country;
• a minimum of a master’s degree in international development, statistics, management, business administration, finance, public administration, accounting, public health or a similar field.
• Qualified candidates will be evaluated based on education, experience, and demonstrated knowledge, skills and abilities.

Salary Range: The salary range of the position is FSN-12 – $ 27,642 to $ 49,770, articulated in U.S. dollars but paid in Birr.
