Purpose of the job:

Over see all sales accomplishment by planning and implementing outstanding sales and product development programs both short and long range targeted toward existing and new markets

Job Requirement

Required Educational background and work experience

• Minimum of BA-degree in business fields more specifically sales and marketing
• Minimum of 3-4 years of work experience as an upcountry sales representative in beverage industries. Experience in bottled water companies is highly preferable

Additional skill required

• Communication, market execution event management, persuasive sales, result and target oriented, conflict/objection management, ability to work under pressure, customer handling (management) and ready to accomplish respective assignments from immediate supervisor, excellent in advanced MS- Excel, Word, PPT, preferable with Driving license

Language proficiency : Amharic and English (Listening, reading and writing) and additional language is advantageous

Salary:  Attractive plus Commission
