• Position: Upcountry Sales and Marketing Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 6–8 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, including minimum 3 years in upcountry sales and marketing leadership
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably in the FMCG sector
• Experience in new product development and successful product launches
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
