Job Requirement

Education & Experience Requirements: Diploma/ Level IV in Marketing Management/Sales /Management/ Accounting/ or related field of study]. Experience [Experience is not required however, exposure on Marketing and Sales, Customer Service or related activities at business service company like Airlines Industry, Star Hotels, Financial Institutions, Referral Hospitals, Real Estates  and similar industries is highly preferred].

  • Age [must be 30 and below, only graduates of 2011 E.C and on wards shall apply]Other requirements [Neat, visible and un erased Grade 8th Completion Certificate or Birth Certificate is mandatory]

Competency Requirements:

  • Core Competency [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity & Trust, and Customer Focus], Individual Competency [Action oriented, Interpersonal skill and Problem solving], & Technical Competency [Marketing and sales, bank product knowledge, customer service, communication and negotiation skill]
