Summary

East Africa Bottling S.C, a subsidiary of Coca-Cola Beverages Africa, is the sole bottler for Coca-Cola products in Ethiopia. We are very excited to invite qualified candidates who are prepared to work with passion and focus for the position of Trade Marketing Manager. The job holder is responsible for developing and executing business and marketing strategies and integrated programs that drive profitable growth and increase the long term value of our brands. The position reports to the Channel and Trade Marketing Manager.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Developing and deploying marketing plans on an annual basis.
• Developing and executing marketing and business strategies and integrated programs that maximize profitable recurring volume growth and increase the long-term value of our brands.
• Developing the portfolio strategy and to maximize the long term profit flow from the portfolio of brands within it.
• Challenging all aspects of the marketing mix in terms of understanding trends and their impact to Coca-Cola brands.
• Designing and Implementing Promotional plans & strategies by channel/ Regions
• Leading, motivating and developing capabilities of the business unit Marketing Team and provide strategic marketing leadership.

Skills, Experience & Education

• First Degree in Marketing Management/ Management/ Economics/Business Administration or related field of studies with a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in sales and marketing of which 2 years on managerial position.
• Must have Automobile or higher grade driving license.
