• Link to FDIs in industrial parks (Hawassa, Adama, Debre Birhan, Kambodcha) and clarify their supply needs
• Collaborate with locally based suppliers, analyses their production capacity, product quality, etc
• Organize capacity building measurements for the targets business linkages

REQUIREMENT

Education: textile engineer/technician with minimum 5 years of actual working experience in a 100% cotton knitted fabric dyeing and finishing facility

Searched qualifications of the expert

• Textile engineering degree
• 5 years of actual working experience in a 100% cotton knitted fabric dyeing and finishing facility
• Having a clear private sector focus, strong experience in export industry
• Leadership and team leading ability
• Fluency in English
• We are not interested in candidates who worked for national/international textile institutions and nonprofit organizations

Duration and Schedule of the Assignment

The consultancy should start from 1st February 2022 to 30 November 2022, with the total amount of 100 days, subject to extension. The consultant will collaborate with an international team based in Addis Ababa
