Job Description


Our Company SBG Industry PLC seeks to hire competent, experienced and aspiring applicants to fill the following vacant position.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Plan, Budget, execute, deliver, and evaluate sales plan and sales strategy
  • Ensure door to door distribution of product
  •  Ensure high customer satisfaction rate
  • Prioritizing POS, sales budget, and other resource allocation among sales routes/territories
  • Develop others through regular coaching and training need identification in collaboration with HR business partner
  • Collect market insights and trends
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret competitors’ moves
  • Market execution as per the pre-determined picture of success
  • Carryout sales and marketing strategies impact assessment
  • Combine primary and secondary sales activities
  • Ensure minimum stock level maintained at agent WH
  • Distributor management

Required No. of vacant post:  2(Two)

Place of Work: -Adama & Dessie

Job Requirements

Required educational background & work experience: BA Degree in Marketing, Sales or Business Management At least (4) four years relevant work experience in the area and (2) two years at managerial level.
