Job Description


About the Job

  • Manage, train, support, monitor and guide the telemarketing team, ensuring high-quality interactions with all potential leads.
  • Develop and implement telemarketing strategies to maximize lead conversion and meet sales goals.
  • Oversee the use of systems for lead tracking, follow-ups, and pipeline management, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Analyze team performance, providing regular reports and insights to improve lead engagement and conversion rates.
  • Design and implement targeted telemarketing campaigns to generate and nurture real estate leads.
  • Monitor call performance and implement adjustments to optimize campaign results.
  • Oversee lead distribution and ensure timely follow-ups on all leads generated.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Telemarketing Manager, Call center supervisor, or similar role in a high-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM/ERP platforms for lead management and follow-ups.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in training and motivating a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
