Job Description


Chapa Financial Technologies S.C, is an online payment gateway that empowers small businesses and large merchants to accept online or offline payments from their customers via our APIs and payment tools. The company primarily focuses on securely solving payments-related problems for ambitious businesses and governmental organizations in developing countries, mainly Ethiopia.

Responsibilities

  • Handling both in-bound & outbound calls from prospective customers.
  • Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system.
  • Ask relevant questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
  • Keep records of calls.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales target.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self-motivated.
  • Persuasively engage the customer in conversation to explain how our service will add value to their lives and meet their needs.
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • minimum of 1 year experience in telemarketing and indoor sales.
  • Patient and able to handle customers.
  • Excellent communication.
  • Working knowledge Of telephone systems.
  • Amharic and English language speaking & listening is mandatory.
