Our company “Yoha International Pharmaceuticals plc ” is a nationwide private-owned pharmaceutical company working in the import of different goods. Our import include Medicines and Medical equipment.

Duties and responsibilities

• Few of the activities to be performed by the technical manager are the followings,
• Follow regulatory affairs in general.
• Follow and manage registration of products.
• Follow, control and manage, that products are sold to customers who fill the national requirement.
• Responsible for properly receiving and dispatching of products.
• Follow, control and manage to ensure that the activities of warehouse manager are done properly to national and international requirement.
• Properly look and ensure inventory balance does match to the incoming and outgoing product Properly documents files in relation to import, permit release, sales, inventory flow, registration and others.
• Ensure safe and appropriate storage of pharmaceutical products in compliance with international conventions and national laws and regulations.
• Responsible to arrange training, to maintain and create awareness to all staffs in the organization, about regulatory affairs, and others related issues.
• Record and Facilitate disposal of expired /damaged pharmaceutical wastes according to national EFDA waste disposal guidelines.
• Supervise store/warehouse manager
• Follow and enforce the implementation of national rules and regulations related to pharmaceutical storage.
• Prepare pre-import permit, follow release of products, and follow customs clearing.
• Prepare inventory status report to the management, finance and tender sales department clearly.

Job Requirements

Qualification

• Pharmacy (MSc.) with relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical (medical equipment or medicine) import area.
• Experience Minimum four years and above in pharmaceutical (medical or medicine) import area.
• Should have renewed Health professional license and who can submit a recent release (<1year), from a recognized governmental body.
