Responsibilities

• Identifying hardware and software solutions.
• Troubleshooting technical issues.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults.
• Resolving network issues.
• Installing and configuring hardware and software.
• Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or computer engineering.
• Knowledge of diagramming software including NAS, Microsoft Viso, and Centos .
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• good knowledge of computer hardware and software
• technical ability and analytical skills
• good communication skills and tact to work with non-technical users.
• familiarity with operating systems, backup and database software, and use of equipment like mainframe computers, computer tool kits, and network analyzers
