Job Description


Overview:

Provide technical support for a range of functions for different projects.
To identifying customer issues, solving and giving feedback.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with IT teams on a variety of projects.
  • Maintain constructive relationships with a broad range of internal employees and external Customers.
  • Work with colleagues in the IT team and provide high-quality Project support.
  • Communicate accurately and diplomatically with internal and external colleagues and collaborators via email, Telegram, and phone call.
  • Provide timely information and updates on arrangements to the team and external collaborators.
  • Undertake any other duties commensurate with the post that could be reasonably required.
  • Preparing and documenting recursively requested issues.
  • Tracking project support requests and ensuring that they are solved.
  • Preparing and presenting status reports to the General Manager and project manager.
  • Providing first-level support for issues raised by clients via telegram, phone call, and email.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Science
  • 0 years of experience
