Job Description


Place of Work: Addis Ababa

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION

  • Prepares vacancy announcement;
  • Facilitate pre-employment activities;
  • Prepare Bio-data of internal/external vacancy applicants for further recruitment process;
  • Processes and handles recruitment of new employees in accordance with the existing
  • procedure of the bank;
  • Prepare Acceptance letters, Employment letter and related correspondences;
  • Create personnel files and Keep them in their proper arrangements;
  • Search, receives and forward personal files and records to supervisor and authorized staff;

JOB REQUIREMENT

Qualifications: BA in HRM, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, and related fields.

Experience: 3 years of experience in the Banking Industry of which 1 year as Junior Talent Acquisition & Onboarding office or related experience.
