Basic Responsibilities

• Server virtualization and virtual desktop technologies
• Setting up, troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance on servers, computers, and peripheral equipment
• Windows server active directory domain controller, add users, computer, server environments and printers to the domain controller
• Provide support on computer system problems, including trouble shooting, debugging and repairing
• Install, troubleshoot and maintain computer hardware, printers and other peripherals & train users
• Provide support to help faculty and staff access network resources from work and/or remotely
• Assist IT Manager in day to day operations
• Perform other related tasks

Job Requirement

Education: B.Sc degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer engineering or related field, CCNA Certification preferred

Experience: 4 years and above relevant experience

• Experience on network design, network installation and routing protocols
• Thorough knowledge and experience on Linux and Windows Server operating systems
• Experience on switch and router configuration
• Knowledge of contemporary programming languages
• Experience working in a highly multicultural environment preferred
