Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide short and long-range planning for information technology growth within the company
• Lead the technical strategy for the company’s technologies: Enterprise LAN, Voice, Email, Ticketing systems, SAN, Virtual Platforms, mobile applications and VPNs,
• monitoring and reporting systems
• Develop processes and procedures for the team based on best practices
• Maintain and monitor staffing levels
• Oversee activities to ensure that the team can meet the demand and respond in a timely manner to network and server anomalies and outages

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information technology, or related fields
• Minimum of one year experience in network administration
• Good knowledge of IT systems
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
