Job Description


Job Summary:

The job holder is responsible for the administration of Payment Switch Management and providing troubleshooting support. Conduct testing of switch products as well as ensure the proper operation of the Switch System. Sew is responsible for monitoring the hank’s payment switch system’s ATM/POS and other associated channels, as well as interacting with the switch vendor to ensure the solution is up and operating.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Term of Employment: Permanent
Salary & Benefits: As per the Bank’s salary scale & Benefits package

Qualifications/Skills & Experience:

• BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information technology or related discipline plus a minimum of 2 years experience in payment Switch Operations.
• Certification on Payment switch management and  visa MasterCard/uP1 and other related Certification recommended

Skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory

Education Level : Bachelor’s

Experience : 1-3 years
