JOB SUMMARY: Direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation. Manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation.

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Overseeing salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees.
• Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.
• Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks, and profit-margins.
• Implementing measures to avoid stock damages
• Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
• Investigating market trends and offering products that would appeal to customers.
• Addressing customers’ requests, comments, and complaints.
• Motivating employees to achieve targets.
• Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.

Required No:  Four

Qualification:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing Management, Management, business management, Hotel Management.

Work experience:

• Work experience 2 years’ for diploma 1 years’ for Degree.

Technical and other skills

• Knowledge of basic computer skill mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-initiator and working effectively with a minimum supervision.
• Experienced in managing team.
