DETAIL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Keep record of sales and restock the store accordingly.
  • Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the stores area of operation.
  • Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on needs.
  • Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches.
  • Ensure store requisition form is signed by the person collecting the goods and enter into the inventory/materials management system.
  • Ensure all store requisitions are signed by concerned department heads depending upon the operations procedure.
  • Follow up on documentation of after-hours issues ensuring it is in accordance with established internal controls and procedures
  • Verify and track received inventory and complete inventory reports and logs.
  • Prepare and report every day balance of GRN, SIV and return.
  • Send update daily and weekly report for each item to finance department, sales and operation and other related department.
  • Resends damage and repacks products back upon approval of finance department.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language.
  • Prepare and record stock card/bin card for each item on every day.
  • Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies.
  • Ensure all store requisitions are signed by concerned department heads depending upon the operations procedure.
  • Follow up on documentation of after-hours issues ensuring it is in accordance with established internal controls and procedures.
  • Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs.
  • Complete requisitions on a daily basis and update the inventory management software/system.
  • Work closely with purchasing to order and receive items and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot any vendor delivery issues and oversee/follow up on the return process.

Job Requirements

Qualification/Skills

  • Qualification: BA degree in Logistics or related fields.
  • Experience: 2-3  years

Job Skills needed

  • Proficiency in Written and Spoken English.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills.
  • Must be experienced in related jobs like in Import Company.
