Duties and responsibilities

• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock level is in place.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date store records and documentation for all products in the store.
• Keep the store clean and arranged.
• Keep/Store products by type and make sure that proper product handling is applied.
• Make sure that the items are grouped /Arranged in qualities that are easy to count.
• Make sure that receiving vouchers and issue voucher is used upon receiving and issuing products.
• Maintain inventory control.
• Ensure safe keeping of inventory as to quality and quantity of stored products.
• Report on a daily basis regarding movement of stocks on store.
• Maintain proper documentation during delivery and dispatch at all time.
• Preform other stock management related duties.
• Other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
• Communicating with sales personnel regarding stock shortage and overage occurrence during daily sales activities.

Job Requirement

Academic qualification : Certificate /TVET, Diploma or Degree in supply chain management, accounting or any other related field of study.

Work experience

• 5 year work experience with a minimum of 3 years on FMCG warehouse supervision.
• Experience in bottling industry is advantageous.

Additional qualifications

• Age must be >= 30 years
• Able to provide guarantor
• Good command of English, Amharic and Oromic language, both writing and speaking.
• Strong supervisory skills.
• Ability to multitask
• Good communication skill
• Ability to work in team and individually
• Ability to perform work under pressure
• Willing to work overtime (Weekend, nights and holidays)
