We are proud to be the exclusive franchisee of Illycaffè in Ethiopia, with two successful stores in Addis Ababa. We are now expanding our footprint with a third location at the Ethiopian Airlines airport, furthering our commitment to providing premium coffee and an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for all goods in the store
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock, ensuring quality and quantity match orders
• Issue materials and products as per requisition, ensuring proper documentation
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist in stock audits
• Ensure proper storage and organization of stock items to minimize damage and loss
• Coordinate with the purchasing department to track inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the storage area
• Prepare and maintain reports on stock levels, inventory movements, and discrepancies

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a store-keeping role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in using inventory management systems (CNET & IDS) or basic computer software
