Essential Function

• Receive on the purchased items from the procurement department depending on the procurement and property procedure. Then, posting on goods receiving voucher.
• Issue items to the user department/branch when store requisition is approved, if the item is in store, report to her/his supervisor
• In collaboration with the store head, register and tag all fixed asset
• Record issue tickets.
• Record Goods receiving note
• Record bin cards
• Prepare the weekly report for her/his immediate supervisor
• Prepare perpetual inventory as well as periodic inventory
• Prepare and deliver items for the user department and branches after the bank’s issue ticket filled and signed.

Job Requirement

Qualification : Diploma/10+3/Level III/Level IV in procurement and supply, Purchasing, Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration or any other related fields with 2 years of experience preferably in banking industry.
