Job Summary and Description

The Store Assistants, primary duties include processing sales transactions, resolving customer issues and keeping the store orderly.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the store head with his day-to-day responsibilities.
• In a friendly manner, greet and welcome clients to the store.
• Assist store employees in displaying products in a way that makes them easy to find.
• Assist and assist clients in locating their purchased products.
• Examine items and products for any damage or breakage.
• Assist retail employees with inventory control.
• Handle objects and products in a store with care and caution.
• Customers’ items should be cartwheeled and hauled up to the exit point.
• In a store setting, implement the highest standards in customer service.
• Ensures and follow the product mix strategies and apply as per the approval.
• Ensure that Backlogs of transactions in the portal system are not in place and updated
• Standardize the work of inventory management to what the company requires.
• Arrange materials in an excellent manner which affluence the level of service delivery at optimal level.
• Ensure planning and organization of staff shifts and resource allocation to each warehousing activity.
• Control stock variances at the warehouse, receive full products from factory, issue full products to customer and direct sales, warehouse arrangement and good stacking and receive return full products after sales the remaining amount.
• Keep the data of dispatched items & monitors that the dispatch items maintained all formalities & sales invoice
• Keeping an inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouse.
• Updating and reporting the daily stock statues report.
• Stay up to date and follow best practices, maintaining an inventory and regularly update it.
• He/she is required to perform any activity appointed by his/her immediate supervisor related to his/her current job which is not mentioned in this document.

Job Requirements

BA/Diploma in Stores Management or Supplies Management, minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in manufacturing business companies.
