Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Stock and Store Manager to oversee inventory management at our factory store. The role involves maintaining optimal stock levels, organizing stock efficiently, and coordinating with the Procurement Manager to ensure materials are available to support factory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock Management: Organize and manage the factory store inventory, ensuring all items are easily accessible and well-maintained.
• Inventory Monitoring: Conduct regular audits of stock levels and monitor inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Procurement Coordination: Communicate with the Procurement Manager to place orders and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
• Timely Delivery: Ensure materials are available on time to support factory operations without delay.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, purchases, and material usage to support efficient operations.
• Inventory Systems: Implement and manage inventory control systems to optimize stock management.

Location: Ethiopia (Relocation Required)

• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
