Job Purpose

To develop and implement succession planning programs and frameworks in alignment with HR strategy and business objectives of the bank

Job Requirement

Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration or related field with four (4) years of relevant work experience

Grade: XII

Place of Work:  Head Office
