Job Description


Wegagen Bank SC was established on the 11th of June 1997 It came to life as a result of the entrepreneurial wit of sixteen 16 founding members who recognized the critical role that financial institutions would play towards creating a sustained economic development and were able to put in an initial paid-in capital of Birr thirty million (Birr 30 Million).

SUMMARY

To maintain a strong and long-lasting relationship between the Bank and its corporate customers assigned to him/her, and contribute to increasing the size of the loan portfolio through credit marketing and meeting the service delivery quality standard in a cost effective way. The position is also responsible for ensuring loan quality through proper follow-up of individual customers

JOB REQUIREMENT

Qualification Required & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management or related fields with four (4) years of relevant work experience.

Understanding of the banking sector and factors affecting loan performance
