Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Needs Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students who have various disabilities, including learning, emotional, physical, and developmental challenges. The Special Needs Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) that cater to the unique needs of each student, ensuring they have access to a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to students’ individual needs.
• Create and adapt lesson plans to accommodate various learning styles and disabilities.
• Collaborate with other educators, support staff, and parents to provide comprehensive educational support.
• Use specialized instructional techniques to enhance students’ educational progress.
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods as necessary.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages social and academic growth.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about their child’s progress.

Qualifications:

• Valid teaching certification in special education.
