What you will learn and contribute to

Spares and Logistics Management

• Issuing of good spares to Sites affected.
• Follow up of faulty spares from Fields to Warehouse.
• Request and creation of RMAs (Repair Materials Authorizations) from respective vendors i.e. Nokia, Ericsson cbnl, Vsat, ceragon , Huawei, and other Vendors
• Preparation and dispatch of the faulty spares for Repair and Replacement centers
• Follow up of shipment status from the country of origin
• Follow up of clearance at customs and delivery of the repaired spare at the respective warehouse
• Confirmation and approval of Vendor invoice before forwarding to finance for Payments.

Warehouse management

• Ensure all received spares are received in the Warehouses – from DHL BOLLORE /AIRTEL
• Daily, weekly and Monthly Stock takes and Audits
• Daily approvals and follow-ups of the Spares leaving the warehouse to different sites
• Advice Vendors (Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, and Airtel) on shortages of Critical spares for Buffer preparation

Reports Management

• Weekly faulty spare report
• Weekly RNA summary report
• Weekly/ Monthly Preventive report
• weekly Store’s audit report
• weekly Joint sales report
• Daily / weekly shipment status reports

Your skills and experience

• From time-to-time support of field and other colleagues on leave and Nokia/Ericsson training applications
• Any other duties assigned by my colleagues and management
• 8-10 years of experience in Warehouse/Spare parts management for Active/Passive networks
• Working in a mobile company as a spare coordinator is added advantage
