Qualifications/Skills

Education: Diploma/Certificate in Food Preparation

Experience: 5 years relevant supervisory experience in Food/Hotel Industry

Skill:

  • Professional command in English
  • Fully conversant with HACCP principles
  • Able to manage customer demand within short notice
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent Computer skills
  • Very good supervisory skills
