Job Description


Job Requirement

Minimum Qualification:  BA Degree in Food Production, Kitchen Operation, Hotel Management or related field

Work Experience:  with seven (7) years of demonstrated experience out of which three (3) years in a senior position OR Diploma or Level V or Level IV in Food Production, Food Production Supervision, Kitchen Operation or related field with nine (9) years of demonstrated experience out of which four (4) years in a senior position. CoC certification is required. 

Essential Skills

  • Ability for creativity and flexibility
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage time and work well under pressure.
