Responsibilities

Activities directly related to the clients:

• Need assessment survey
• Admission to the program
• Draft of empowerment plan together with clients;

 Follow up & evaluation empowerment plan

• Conducting basic business skill training;
• Support clients in draft of business plan and market assessment;
• Supervision of clients in Income Generating Activities;
• Establishing and supervising SILC-groups;
• Monitoring & evaluation of the activities of the department;
  Requirements:

Job Requirement

Education/training

• First degree in social work or sociology and related fields from recognized college or
  university;
• diploma in nursing;
• Training and certificate in HIV-counseling, VCT, Psychological support to PLWH
• Training on entrepreneurship and business skills;
  Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in related field

Technical and other skills

• Strong communicating skills in addressing clients, stakeholders and colleagues;
• Strong training and mentoring skills;
• Writing skills (in English and Amharic) for reporting;
• Organizational skills;
