Job Description


Job Summary  

The purpose of the Social Accountability Advisor position is to provide technical assistance and capacity building for the project team, stakeholders and target PSNP households. The position holder will assist in refining the program design and implementation of all components of the project related to the intersection between social accountability, agribusiness, economic strengthening and nutrition in the target PSNP households. The position holder will coordinate the design and implementation of social accountability mechanisms, and leads the development of training materials/guidelines

Job Requirement

Qualification :

  • BSc/BA or MSc/ MA degree in Sociology, Social Works, Development Studies, Business Administration/Management, Leadership, or other fields of Social Science from recognized universities or colleges
  • At least five and above years relevant experience; Strong knowledge and working understanding of PSNP and USAID Food Security and Resilience programs; Strong understanding of social accountability, technical, management, leadership and policy related issues
