Duties

• Coordinates the project
• Planning and scheduling project activities
• Approves qualities of the construction materials supplied
• Order appropriate tests to ensure the quality of the executed works
• Ensures the compliance of the works with contract drawings and specifications
• Interprets contract drawings and specifications
• Monitors project progress according to the schedule
• Checks contractor’s program of works including staff, schedules, construction equipment and materials delivery
• Able to approve  shop drawings and construction materials samples
• Takes measurements for the executed items of works for payment certification and reporting purposes
• Rejecting work which is not within the contractual quality

Educational qualification

• B.A Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Technology, or related fields.

Experience

• Have 4 yrs of experience in Building Construction Projects.

Related Experience

• Have experience in inspection of the quality of construction materials, workmanship, and checking of construction set-ups and accuracy.
