Duties and Responsibilities:-

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities to ensure they align with quality standards and project plan.
• Implement quality control processes, conduct inspections.
• Monitor and report on the progress of construction activities and work quality standard of sub-contractors to Project supervisor.
• Prepare weekly and monthly work plans and implement them according to Master schedules.
• Complete and maintain detailed records of construction activities, materials and any changes made to project plans.
• reviewing work schedules and delegating work tasks.
• Preparing technical drawings and construction layouts with Design and Modification team.
• Providing technical advice and diagnosing and resolving technical difficulties.

Required Skills:-

•  Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards of the country
• Familiarity with design and schedule software (AutoCAD, Ms. Project, Ms. Office)
• Excellent understanding in Electrical, Sanitary, Mechanical, and Architectural Drawings
•  Knowledge of relevant building and health and safety legislation
•  communication skills, written and oral, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of other professionals, e.g. construction managers, quantity surveyors, subcontractors, architects, designers and other engineers.
