Summary of Position Overview:

Oversee daily on-site construction operations, ensuring structural integrity, adherence to design drawings, strict safety compliance, and timely project delivery.

​Key Responsibilities:

• ​Site Supervision: Manage daily field activities, direct foremen/subcontractors, and ensure execution matches specifications.
• ​Quality & Safety (HSE): Enforce strict quality control checks for materials/workmanship and maintain site safety standards.
•  ​Progress Tracking: Monitor work schedules, manage site logs, and report progress, delays, or design discrepancies to management.
• ​Technical Coordination: Interpret structural/architectural drawings and resolve site-level engineering challenges.

Minimum Qualifications:

• ​Education:
• • BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. ​Experience: 2+ years of proven site experience in building construction or infrastructure projects. ​
• Core Competencies & Skills:
• • ​Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, MS Office), Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities, excellent technical report writing and team coordination.
