Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Address client queries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
  • Install, configure and maintain Lighting product/service at client sites. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on Lighting products/services. Create manuals and documentation as needed.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide feedback on client experiences and also contribute on product development.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues when on-site visits are not feasible.
  • Offer guidance to clients for basic problem resolution.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

Job Requirements

Experience:   3-6 Years in Service support of Lighting/Switchgear/Electrical Products.

Qualification:    Engineering Graduate (Electrical) or Degree or Diploma (Electrical)

Requirements:

  • –   Familiar with the basic MS window programs (MS. Word, Excel and PPT)
  • –  Fluent  in both English and Amharic
