We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Senior Video Editor to join our marketing team and produce high-quality visual content showcasing our premium residential and commercial developments.

Position Summary

The Senior Video Editor will be responsible for editing and producing professional video content for real estate projects, marketing campaigns, social media platforms, corporate presentations, and promotional events. The successful candidate will transform raw footage into compelling visual stories that enhance brand awareness and support sales and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality promotional videos for residential and commercial real estate developments.
• Produce videos for social media, websites, digital advertising campaigns, and corporate presentations.
• Create motion graphics, animations, titles, and visual effects to enhance video content.
• Perform color correction, color grading, audio synchronization, and sound enhancement.
• Collaborate with videographers, photographers, content creators, and marketing teams to deliver engaging content.
• Manage video assets, project files, and content archives efficiently.
• Ensure all content aligns with company branding and marketing objectives.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining exceptional production quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Film Production, Multimedia, Visual Arts, Digital Media, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of professional video editing experience, preferably in real estate, construction, architecture, or property development projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced video editing and post-production work.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar professional editing software.
• Experience with motion graphics, color grading, sound design, and visual effects.
• Strong understanding of social media video formats and digital marketing requirements.
• Excellent storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail.
