Dil Tour & Travel is looking for detail-oriented Senior Travel Consultant/Reservation Agent to supervise flight ticket overall services, the reservation team and customer services.

The candidate must have training in Galileo reservation system, be able to work with minimal supervision, excellent professional skills and have excellent customer service skills.

Reservation Agent Responsibilities:

• Supervising the reservation team.
• Ensuring customers are well served and up to the professional standards.
• Assisting and advising customers with a variety of travel options.
• Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
• following payments and collections from customers.
• Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
• Ensuring all questions are answered customers might have about the reservation process.
• Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets or upgraded seats.
• Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.

Requirements:

• Collage diploma/degree, preferable, not mandatory.
• Certified Galileo reservation system.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working in IATA travel agency.
• Customer-service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
• Flexible working hours.
