Job Requirement

Education & Experience Requirements: BA degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Management or related field of study with 4 years of related experience.

Competency Requirements: Core Competency [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity & Trust, and Customer Focus], Individual Competency [Action oriented, Interpersonal skill and Problem solving] & Technical Competency  [Strategic application of HRIS database administration,  and workforce analytics, PMS, understanding of current total rewards trends and its functional areas, and their integration with other HR functions]
