Job Summary

The jobholder is responsible to ensure participation in strategy planning process and delivering high quality strategy reports through coordinating the tasks of virtual teams, and involve in the strategy analysis and planning activities to accomplish within in the specified standard and time, ensure consolidation of reports and periodic review and evaluation of strategic performances, and monitor the implementation of the strategic initiatives to provide performance feedback to the concerned organs of the Bank.

Job Requirement

Educational qualification and Experience: MA/BA in Economics, Accounting, Management, or other business related fields with Minimum of 5 years of banking experience of which 2 years or more experience as  planning, monitoring and evaluation officer or business and economic research officer or strategy and business development officer or equivalent officer positions.

Place of Work: Finfinnee/Addis Ababa, Head Office. Gazebo/Washington Square

General requirements

• IFB knowledge and experiences are preferential.
• Proficiency in Afan Oromo, Amharic and English Languages is are required.
