The Spare Parts & Inventory Senior Officer is responsible for overseeing the procurement, storage, distribution, and tracking of ATM spare parts, tools, and technical assets across all maintenance centers. The role ensures that spare parts are available when required, properly recorded, and used efficiently to minimize downtime and operational costs. This position also manages asset lifecycle records, coordinates with procurement and maintenance teams, and ensures compliance with organizational standards and audit requirements.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Deep understanding of spare parts planning, control, and logistics.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze inventory data and forecast requirements.
• Financial Awareness: Knowledge of cost accounting and asset valuation principles.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in stock recording and documentation.
• Coordination Skills: Effective collaboration with procurement, maintenance, and finance teams.

Integrity & Accountability: High ethical standards in handling organizational assets.

Competency

Education:

• B.Sc. (BA) Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
• Postgraduate studies or certifications in Inventory/Asset Management are advantageous.

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience for BSC/BA in inventory or asset management, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience MSC/BSC in inventory or asset management, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.

Experience in handling high-value technical components (e.g., ATM, IT, or industrial equipment).
